Power and intellectuals: the meaning of opposition

The article is devoted to the relationships between intelligentsia and political power. Author argues that the representatives of intellectual class should differ in some moral and civic distinctions, due to which they are supposed to be in opposition to the power, accomplishing the functions of independent political experts and civic educators in society.
