Power and political organizations on the territory of Mordovia in the beginning of the ХХ-th century: dynamics of political opposition

The article deals with the mutual relations of the oppositional political parties and public authorities in Russian empire on the eve of First Russian revolution. The social revolutionists, social democrats and cadets' actions on the territory of modern Mordovia have been analyzed from simple distribution of illegal literature of antigovernment character up to terrorist actions against representatives of district administration. In the article the review of reciprocal actions of the government representatives against revolutionary movement on the eve of and during the revolution of 1905 - 1907 is given.
