“Power” and “management” as categories of socio-political knowledge

Recognizing the variability of social as a feature of the modern society, the authors believe that there is a long-felt need to introduce the practice of using the mechanisms of regulation (power, property, management) to support social order in the Russian society in compliance with the social reality. The article analyses the two categories: “power” and “management” in the context of the methodological reasoning of the activities of the government and administration bodies, associated with the improvement of regulation of spontaneous social processes.
