Power regulation of peasants’ material culture in southern Russia in 1920th years: constitutional aspect

The social and cultural impact of the State on the material culture of the society today becomes an object of attention and studying of specialists of different scientifi c direction. The article is devoted to the problems of integrated consideration of ideological impact on the sociocultural life of peasants in southern Russia in 1920 th, in conditions of development of the Soviet State and law. The institutional means of social and cultural policy of the Soviet State during the 1920 th are considered in the article.
