The impact of administrative offenses on the level of environmental safety of the Russian Federation

The article examines the relationship between administrative offenses and the level of environmental safety of the Russian Federation. In addition, the relationship between the economic and legal components of the country's environmental security is determined. Based on the analysis carried out in the work (study of dynamic series and correlation analysis) Problems related to environmental administrative offenses have been identified, and recommendations for solving these problems have been proposed.
