In this study we investigated the effect of reactive oxygen species produced by the system of extracellular xanthine - xanthine oxidase on collageninduced platelet aggregation. Multidirectional influence on the parameters of the AFC aggregation of platelets isolated patients with heart failure and metabolic disorders and healthy volunteers is revealed.
