Influence of antioxidants on the efficiency of introducing red raspberry into culture in vitro

Бесплатный доступ

It was found that when red raspberries were introduced into the culture in vitro, the addition of antioxidants to the nutrient medium increases the number of explants that remained viable after sterilization with a solution of mercury chloride. The use of reduced glutathione at a concentration of 0.25-0.5 mM (65-130 mg/l) and ascorbic acid at a concentration of 0.75 mM (135 mg/l) allowed to increase the number of shoots formed from explants of different varieties by 29-67%. The introduction of routine into the nutrient medium to stimulate morphogenesis is ineffective.
