Influence of autocompetence on the professional teacher self- development in the modern conditions of distance learning

The article deals with the results of the empirical study aimed at studying the role of autocompetence as one of the leading competencies of a teacher’s professional activity in the context of distance education. There is described the experience of introducing the obtained practical research results into the practice of working with teachers including the distance format.
