Impact of the banking system on the economic security of the Volgograd region

The economic conditions in the country are characterized by high volatility, as a result of which problems arise in the field of ensuring economic security. In particular, the article examines the influence of the banking sector as one of the dominant financial institutions that affect the economic condition of the region. This article also discusses regional banks, which are rarely paid attention to, especially when considered at the federal level, but their impact on a particular region plays an important role in its economic development. Thus, studying the influence of the banking sector on the economic security of the region, one can consider the problems in the field of economic security from a new angle, as well as identify the benefits of this influence and turn them in favor of the Volgograd region.
