The influence of the man-machine factors on the quality of hotel services

Problems of quality management in hotels as man-mashine systems are considered. On the base of questionnaire of hotel visitors different man-machine factors influenced on the gests satisfaction are analyzed. The most important factors which should be taken into account during the development of hotel quality management system are expose.
