The impact of digitalization on the effectiveness of organizations

The article substantiates the relevance and importance of the use of digital technologies in the activities of organizations. The author summarizes the basic principles of successful implementation of digital technologies, highlights the stages of analysis and optimization of business processes, and proves the effectiveness of the introduction of artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Things in the activities of organizations. Based on the results of the study, the author concludes that it is necessary to use an integrated approach, including not only the introduction of new digital technologies, but also the transformation of management approaches, improvement of corporate culture and staff training.
