The impact of the digital revolution on management development

The article is devoted to the impact of the digital revolution on the evolution of management practices in the modern era. A study was conducted of the factors influencing the change in business models, the simplification of the work of distributed teams and the growth of innovation, which contributed to the blurring of traditional company boundaries and the development of interconnected networks of cooperation. It was revealed that technological innovations as the most important changes in the external environment have significantly changed the management paradigm of modern companies. It has been established that companies are moving from rigid to more flexible, adaptive structures. An important management trend has been identified, when talented managers who make decisions based on common sense, rational experience and systems thinking, aimed at using knowledge and information, become especially important.
