It is undeniable that digital transformation has a significant impact on the labor market in Russia (as in any other country), bringing changes both to the structure of workplaces and to the list of required skills (professional and personal) of modern workers. The article examines the impact of digital transformation on the Russian labor market: analyzes the state of the labor market before the pandemic, identifies the main characteristics and problems, examines the impact of digital transformation on the labor market, including automation of work processes, changes in the requirements for qualifications and skills of employees, the emergence of new types of jobs and work responsibilities, as well as a wide range of opportunities for self-employed. The analysis was carried out on the basis of current data and research. The state of the labor market after the pandemic is also studied, taking into account the impact of digitalized processes, and in conclusion, the article examines the prospects for further development of the labor market in the context of digital transformation.
