The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the context of technological progress, the issue of professional development of employees is becoming a leading factor in the competitiveness of the company. Managers realize that investing in the professional development of personnel is not charity, it is a strategic necessity. The article is devoted to the features of the use of digital technologies in the professional development of personnel. The advantages of modern digital educational technologies compared to traditional ones are proven. The article also analyzes technological teaching methods that allow finding non-standard business solutions and improve team dynamics. Modern personnel training tools are considered, as well as the risks associated with the digitalization of corporate training.
