To assess the cytostatic effecton the redox-dependent processes in blood plasmais rats with experimental ovarian administeredin mono and CAP schemecisplatin (50 mg/m 2), doxorubicin (50 mg/m 2) and cyclophosphamide (500 mg/m 2) intravenously. After 3 and 8 days after the administration of blood plasma significance of differences was assessed variation series of oxidative modification of proteins and ketonebasic character lipoperoxidation (dieneconjugates, ketodienes, Schiff bases, malondialdehyde), the activity of antioxidants-catalase and glutathione-S`-transferase. Found that in the first 8 days after transplantation of ovarianas cites tumorin the blood serum of rats increased activity of lipid peroxidation, oxidative modification of proteins, catalase, while reducing theactivity of glutathione-S`-transferase. Monoinfiltration cyclophosphamide, cisplatin and doxorubicin as well as the introduction of the sechemotherapy drugsscheme CAP in animals with experimental as cites of ovarian tumorsis significantlyless marked significant changes in the parameters of the redox-dependent processes than in intact animals. Administering chemotherapy scheme CAP animals causes ovarian as cites tumor 3 days after injection of oxidant stress does not occur after mono infiltration cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and cisplatin.
