The influence of the civilizational split on the fate of Russia

The question of the unity between the government and the nation is a key issue of the state security. The Russian powers had invited aliens (members of other civilization) to its government institutions during longtime historic period to realize radical reforms, which the majority of the nation did not promote. The liberal revolution of the 1990s resulted in coming to power of new elite that was regarding the people as its opponent, and associated its interests and fate not with the people, but with the prestige international environment where this elite wanted to come as its part, circumventing the people. The restructuring of the elite in 2000s gave the possibility to create a patriotic base of the state. Thus, an internal elite strife for the development thrust of Russia began. The consolidation of the nation is a factor of the national survival under the ongoing hybrid war against Russia.
