В статье говорится о проблемах и вызовах, появившихся вместе с пандемией COVID-19. Даётся оценка их влияния на экономическую сторону жизни общества. Приводятся примеры из международной практики. Предлагаются технологии современного публичного управления, способные в дальнейшем смягчить потери от кризисов подобного рода.
