Influence of oxygen deficiency on integrity of DNA gill sells of bivalve mollusc Corbicula japonica

In work results of research the detection of genotoxical environment of Corbicula japonica occupying different areas at estuariya of Artemovka river (deep part and being bared in time of low tide shallow) in Peter the Great Bay are presented. For identification of genotoxical effects the method of DNA comets was used. It is established that in environment with oxygen deficiency (anoxia) leads to destruction of DNA in gill sells of Corbicula japonica.
