Influence of dehelminthization on bile lithogenity indices in patients having psoriasis combined with chronic opisthorchiasis

Influence of dehelminthiztion on bile lithogenity indices in patients having psoriasis combined with chronic opisthorchiasis was studied. The study included 60 patients having psoriasis combined with chronic opisthorchiasis, 45 patients with psoriasis without helminthiasis, 30 patients with chronic opisthorchiasis and 15 healthy subjects. Negative dynamics of bile lithogenity indices was observed in patients with psoriasis combined with chronic opisthorchiasis in the follow-up unlike the group of dehelminthized patients in whom no significant worsening of the indices was revealed.
