The influence of nitric oxide donors (II) on the calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the rats organism

Бесплатный доступ

The phosphorus and calcium metabolism in rats organism under the influence of the substrate for NOS, L - arginine at a dose of 200 mg/kg of exogenous donor of nitric oxide chlofuzan at a dose of 2 mg/kg is studied. The administration of nitric oxide donors significantly reduces the excretion of calcium and phosphorus. The administration of the exogenous NO donor increases the accumulation of calcium and phosphorus in the body.
