The influence of leisure on the formation of companies

The article reveals the role of leisure sphere in the formation of social environment. It is shown that the socio-cultural well-being of the population depends on the effectiveness of its implementation. It is proved that a significant role in the implementation of cultural policy, within which the management of the leisure sector is carried out, belongs to the municipal level, since it is at the level of municipalities that the institutions and organizations intended for the production of leisure services are concentrated, on the effective management system of which the success of the implementation of cultural policy as an important factor in the socio-cultural well-being of the population of the country depends. The problems that complicate the effective implementation of municipal policy in the sphere of leisure, including: the weakness of the financial and material base, the lack of qualification of workers in the sphere of culture and leisure and the development of information technologies.
