Бесплатный доступ

The increasing globalization of sports requires athletes not only to have high professional skills, but also the ability to communicate effectively in the international arena, where English is becoming the main means of communication. Bilingual training programs play a key role in this process, improving the interaction between athletes, coaches and staff, as well as contributing to the development of cognitive abilities such as attention and memory. The study shows that the use of bilingual approaches in training leads to improved physical fitness and cognitive functions, increasing the concentration and motivation of athletes, which allows them to successfully adapt to international conditions and achievements.
