The research is aimed at evaluating «living territory» factor influence on the development of adenotonsillar pathology. Preschoolers health indices are considered to be reliable criterion of environmental contamination hygienic assessment and chronic tonsillitis o be ecology-dependent disease. Three model groups of children aged 4-6 years who lives on territories with different anthropogenic pressure characteristics were formed (n=683). The most marked is «living territory» factor influence on chronic ORL-organs pathology of preschoolers living in ecologically unfavorable conditions (RR=2,02-2,34; EF=49,98-54,44%). Authors suggest that the «living territory» factor should be taken into account while performing corresponding diagnosis and prophylactic measures in children. Cytogram method is rather informative noninvasive method of adenotonsillar pathology diagnosis.
