Impact of environmental factors on the Tyva Republic's political system

The article examines the main environmental factors that have an impact on the Tyva Republic's political system. An attempt has been made to reveal their role in the functioning of the political system in the region and their potential to destabilize the political situation in the republic. Attention is drawn to the frontier and distant location of the region, its ethnic composition, the level of urbanization, the less pronounced migratory mobility of the population living in complex socio-economic realities. Based on systemic, comparative and structural-functional approaches, the specificity of regional political system factors is reflected. It is concluded that the functioning of the political system of the region is influenced by all the factors considered. At the same time, economic and social factors affecting the functional subsystem, as well as the historical factor as a possible tool for forming requirements to the political system of the region, are singled out.
