Author presents the results of a study, in was analyzed cuttings of Seabuckthom adapt to water stress. It is happens by way neoplasms of the water-conducting xylem tissue and adventitious roots. The phytohormones auxin and cytokinin stimulate the formation of regenerated xylem and the formation of adventitious roots.
