The effect of the phytopreparation Kargmeza on the cytochemical parameters of blood in various breeds of cattle with leptospirosis

The aim of the research was to develop the phytopreparation kargmeza to increase the immunity of animals. In patients with leptospirosis of Holstein-Frisian and Ayrshire breeds, there is a decrease in the activity of acid phosphatase, myeloperoxidase, the level of lysosomal cationic proteins, except for the activity of alkaline phosphatase. The Red Steppe breed showed a decrease only in the activity of acid phosphatase, relative to clinically healthy animals. After the use of the phytoimmunopreparation kargmez and etiotropic treatment of leptospirosis, the activation of oxygen-dependent and oxygen-independent microbicidal system occurs, which is most pronounced in Ayrshire breed animals.
