In this work, the authors examined the concepts of the nervous system (CNS), fatigue, physical activity. The functions of the sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the nervous system are determined. The influence of physical exertion and constant training on the nervous system and the psycho - emotional background of a person is traced. The positive and negative effects of physical exercise were highlighted, as well as the optimal level of exercise and a safe training plan. The negative effect on the human body during fatigue and overwork has been determined. The positive impact is based on regular, systematic optimal training. Some functions of the central nervous system, which are stimulated by physical exertion, are named. Psychoemotional background the qualities of a person acquired in the process of systematic training affect the formation of personality and tempering of character in general.
