The article examines the impact of physical culture on the socialization of children and adolescents. Despite its well-documented influence on physical health, its role in socialization remains understudied. This research aims to fill this gap by investigating the effects of physical culture on the development of social skills, including communication, cooperation, leadership, and conflict behavior. The study reveals that physical culture is an effective tool for socialization, enabling children and adolescents to develop essential social skills. Different types of physical culture, such as team sports, individual exercises, and mixed physical activities, have distinct effects on socialization. Team sports, for instance, promote the development of communication, cooperation, and leadership skills, while individual exercises improve self-assessment and self-control. However, physical culture also has its limitations, including the risk of injuries and damage, a lack of qualified trainers, time constraints, and motivation issues. To maximize its benefits, it is essential to ensure safe and effective training, as well as motivate children and adolescents to participate in physical culture. Overall, the research highlights the importance of physical culture in socializing children and adolescents and its potential to positively impact their social development. Therefore, incorporating physical culture into socialization programs for children and adolescents is a crucial step in this direction.
