The impact of gender on human resources management

The article analyzes the influence of gender factors on the management process. The conclusion about the tendency of increasing the share of women managers who strive for their professional and personal development is made. The gender characteristics of managers are highlighted, the behavioral aspects of the female and male management style are analyzed. The comparison of the level of wages of men and women is made, and it is concluded that there is a significant deviation in the remuneration of managerial personnel depending on gender. To maintain competitive advantages it is advisable to form a corporate culture based on a gender balance.
