Leading exogenic factors of AH are closely connected with psychoemotional stress, and at machinists and assistants, having highly stressful trade, AH is professionally caused disease. The group of the surveyed was made by 160 of locomotive crew workers from Center of AH at Road clinical hospital of Samara station. As a material for research were blood of patients and genomic DNA served. As a result of the executed research it is established that severity level of AH depends on presence mutant allele Т of angiotensinogen gene in 235 position. The revealed genetic marker can serve as criterion of AH diagnostics and will allow to select purposefully the persons needing primary preventive maintenance.
