This article discusses how geomarketing analysis affects the economic efficiency of implementing commercial infrastructure projects. The main geomarketing indicators are systematized. Examples of companies that successfully use geomarketing data are given. The ways of perspective development of geomarketing technologies in investment activity are determined.
