Influence heparin and protamine sulfate on erythrocyte aggregation

Results of clinic and experimental researches of influence of various heparin and protamine sulfate dozes on erythrocyte aggregation are presented. It is shown, that heparin even in high concentration which use during surgery with cardio-pulmonary bypass, does not influence a degree though reduces speed of erythrocyte aggregation. Protamine sulfate renders more expressed negative influence on erythrocyte aggregation. Increase of quantity entered protamine sulfate conducts to increase as degrees, and speeds of erythrocyte aggregation, that negatively affects on blood rheology. The prolonged infusion protamine sulfate is accompanied by the further strengthening of erythrocyte aggregation. It conducts to development microcirculation infringements and authentic increase blood lactate in the early postoperative period.
