Introduction: In Russia the problem of alcohol abuse of the population and the negative social phenomenon connected with it is particularly acute enough. There are various theories of explaining interrelation between alcohol and aggression. But despite their variety, there is no full-fledged paradigm explaining features of interference of these phenomenon at each other yet. The patient can direct all flow of "ethyl aggression" only on other persons (heteroaggression). But sometimes he decides "to punish" only himself (autoaggression). So, the researchers dealing with problems hetero- and autoaggressions, always had a question of a ratio and mutually transitions of the considered conditions. Purposes and tasks: Work is devoted to studying of influence of the expressed heteroaggression of patients with alcoholic dependence on their autoagressive profile, clarifications of the relation alcoholic auto-and heteroaggressions. Proceeding from an effective objective, search of significant differences in a suicidological profile between groups of the men sick with alcoholic dependence having and not having heteroaggressive patterns in the anamnesis was a research problem. Materials and methods of a research: The group of the men sick with alcoholism, with the expressed heteroaggressive manifestations is researched. As the diagnostic tool the questionnaire for identification the autoagressive of patterns and their predictors in the past and the present and "A scale of parent instructions" was used. "Frontal" comparison of all studied signs in subgroups was made (the suicidological, personal and psychological). The statistical analysis and data processing it was carried out by means of parametrical and nonparametric methods of mathematical statistics. Results: The received these researches rather convincingly show that respondents from the studied group have much higher autoagressive potential. From the most significant indicators in respect of the suicidological. It should be noted the following: at the studied group considerable prevalence of suicide thoughts (45,09% against 15,69% at control group), suicide attempts (against 11,76% not heteroaggressive men have 45,09%) is noticed. The heteroaggressive men having alcoholism tested the hopelessness moments more often (54,90% against 29,41%). Reliable more often men from the researched group addressed specialists in the field of mental health (against 5,88% the control group has 25,49%). Features of a profile of parent messages at respondents from the researched group harmoniously added the received results. Conclusions: Presence at the patient of heteroaggression is very guarding moment concerning possible self-destructive behavior. It is reasonable to use detection of "tendency" to heteroaggressive patterns of behavior in case of screening researches of patients with alcoholic dependence in suicidological practice.
