The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of effects of restoring the indexes of peripheral circulation and respiration in a person at various intensities of physical loads - 120 and 160 W. The study involved 14 healthy volunteers, regularly engaged in physical training. Each subject performed operation on the cycle ergometer four times. Each subject was performed the physical load on the cycle ergometer four times: 120W и 160W to failure before learning hypoventilation breathing, and 120W and 160W to failure after it. Between second and third survey the subjects were taught hypoventilation breathing during 30 days. Before and after the training, the subjects were recorded an electrocardiogram and pneumogram, measured blood pressure and spirometer parameters, and estimated the time duration of physical work to failure. Stroke volume, cardiac output and the total peripheral resistance of the vessels were calculated. It is shown that, after work to failure at high load powers and subsequent recovery shifts in blood circulation and respiration depend not only on hypoventilation breathing, but also on the power of the load itself. Thus, in contrast to 120W, the load of 160 W with hypoventilation breathing caused a decreasing a stroke volume (p
