The article deals with the influence of globalization on the modern Russian institutional discourse. There are discovered such processes as the technologization of the institutional discourse and westernization. There are stated the peculiarities of the institutional communication developed under the influence of globalization (interactivity, simulation of the communication, standardization, continuity of communication, depersonalization and mediatization).
