Influence of globalization on culture and values of the person: moral and legal aspect

The article shows a problem of globalisation influence on culture and values of the person. Globalisation demands from local cultures and values of development of new experience of other civilisations. These values are propagandised by social institutes which recognise individual human rights and attempts to protect human rights at the international level. The particular interest represents that creation of system of values in which «growth», «profit» and «return of investments» will cease to play a paramount role is necessary.
