The rapid development of information technologies and systems in the last decade poses new challenges to the business community. This is due to the fact that quite recently the state stood aloof from the development of advanced information technologies and processes, being more in the role of an observer than an actor. However, this role was inadequate to economic reality, and therefore there is a sharp intensification of all possible scenarios for the inclusion of public authorities in the business environment. The point of inclusion is precisely state information systems. However, at the moment there is insufficient assessment on the part of business of influence of government information systems on current and future processes within companies. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the need for the formation of innovative approaches to organizing business processes of service companies in the context of increasingly complex state requirements for business, caused by the development of state information systems. The article highlighted technological factors that will influence the business processes of service organizations.
