The impact of group fitness classes on social adaptation and reducing feelings of loneliness

In modern society, the problem of social isolation and loneliness is becoming more and more urgent, especially among young people and the elderly. This study examines the impact of group fitness classes on social adaptation and reducing feelings of loneliness. Based on the analysis of the results of an empirical study conducted among participants of group fitness programs, it is shown that regular group workouts contribute to improving social skills, expanding social contacts and reducing feelings of loneliness.
