The evaluation of the effect of the compound GVS-111 on the expression of a HIF-dependent VEGFA gene in neuroblastoma cells under conditions of simulated hypoxia was performed using deferoxamine. GVS-111 increases the expression of VEGFA mRNA with short-term and long-term exposure.
