The effects of chelate complexes of biogenic metals and carnitine on some blood biochemical parameters in chickens

The article presents a study on the effect of chelate complexes of biogenic metals in combination with L-carnitine on metabolic processes and productivity in chickens based on the blood biochemical parameters. It is found that feeding of L-carnitine alone or in combination with chelate complexes of copper and cobalt with methionine to the broiler chickens causes positive influence on the chicks' body weight, quantity of blood albumin, α- and γ-globulins and activity of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase
