The impact of information technology on the implementation of a competitive banking strategies
Currently, communication and information technologies are increasingly used as a way to attract customers, and financial services provided via the Internet, leading to a gradual reduction in the frequency of physical contact with the customers of banks and replace them with virtual communication. These technologies make it possible to achieve a high level of individualization of banking products and services, regardless of location and time of the client request.
