The article analyzes the impact of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative on the supply chains of multinational companies in China and Russia. The focus on improving transport routes, developing infrastructure and expanding international trade has changed the logistics processes of these countries. It is shown that the "One Belt, One Road" initiative accelerates delivery and reduces costs, helps diversify sales markets and reduces dependence on sea routes. It was particularly noted that the initiative allows Chinese and Russian companies to adapt to geopolitical challenges, which strengthens their positions on the global stage and supports the stability of the economies of both countries.
