Impact of innovation and investment activities on the development of entrepreneurship

At present, it is recognized all over the world that innovations are the first driving force for the development of both the state and enterprises. In this article, using the methodology of empirical research, using the financial data of selected companies, the role of innovative investments in the qualitative development of enterprises is analyzed. A hypothesis has been put forward and substantiated that innovative investments can effectively stimulate the qualitative development of enterprises, and the regulation of differences in property rights can lead to differences in the degree of stimulation and to an increase in the efficiency of innovative activity of private enterprises. This article first examines the theoretical question of the impact of innovation on the qualitative development of enterprises, and then examines the relationship between them through empirical research. This study provides an opportunity to understand the Chinese theory of innovative investment and development of high-quality enterprises, to help enterprises take a less evasive path, to give them guidance on innovative investment to maintain their competitive advantage. The government should also strongly support enterprises' investment in innovation in order to achieve the goal of qualitative development of the Chinese economy.
