We have investigated the influence of new experimental nodule bacteria strains Bradyrhizobium japonicum on the protein and oil content in soybean seeds. Average protein content in soybean seeds ranged from 32.09 to 42.91 %. Maximum protein content variability (32.78-41.61 %) in soybean seeds by the experiment variants was observed in 2007. In 2007 - 33, X-9 and 71 strains had significantly elevated protein content, in 2009 - 634b and in 2010 -634b, 62a and 36 strains. Average oil content of soybean seeds varied by year from 17.53 to 21.31 %. In 2006 and 2007 a significant increase of oil content in the seeds inoculated with strains 640b and 626a had been determined.
