The article shows the possibility to form internal individually and socially important motives of the choice of profession in the process of integration of compulsory and additional education. It also considers the conditions of formation of senior students’ internal motives of the choice of profession. Besides, it determines the influence of the process of integration of compulsory and additional education on the motives of the choice of profession by senior students.
