Influence of the integration of the scientists from the Scientific Research Institute of Physics and Chemistry named after L.Ya. Karpov and the specialists from the industrial enterprises on the economic development in 1920-1950s

The article contains an analysis of the interaction of academic scientists and industrial specialists, as well as the forms of their integration. The author notes the role of government orders in strengthening ties between research institutes and industrial enterprises in solving important practical tasks in various sectors of the national economy and, in particular, in the chemistry industry. She highlights the main features of their activities at different stages of the given period, and underlines the role of the Scientific Research Institute of Physics and Chemistry named after L.Ya. Karpov as the scientific center of chemical science and industry. The author argues that the results of cooperation contributed to the introduction of new technologies and techniques in industrial production, increased production efficiency, scientific and technological progress. Currently, the Scientific Research Institute of Physics and Chemistry named after L.Ya. Karpov went through a hundred-year period of scientific and scientific-practical activity and continues to strengthen and improve cooperation with specialists from industrial enterprises and industrial research institutes.
