Research on the relationship between internet use and family values

The article presents the results of a study on the influence of the Internet on the formation of family values. The positions of Russian and foreign scientists on the influence of the Internet on the relationships of family members (positive and negative) are presented. The relationship between the Internet and the formation of family values of students has been proven. The study participants included (550 adolescents and 527 parents). Questionnaire results on the influence of Internet on the child-parents communication are presented. It is concluded that balance of the Internet communication and real communication with the loved ones influences the preservation of healthy relationships in the family.
