In this study had been observed 154 patients, which underwent aortic valve replacement with pulmonary autograft (Ross procedure) from January 2001 to 2006 in Novosibirsk Research Institute of Blood Circulation Pathology. Among these patients male 107 (69,5%) and 47 female (30,5%). Mean age 37,9 1,85 years old (from 14 to 57 years old). Stenosis of aortic valve revealed at 28 (18,2%) patients, valvular insufficiency at 42 (27,3%) and aortal valvular disease associated with other heart lesions at 84 (54,5%) patients. Alteration of aortic valve had been caused by: rheumatic damaging - 41,3%, infective endocarditis - 13,2%, congenital malformation • ·42,6 atherosclerotic degeneration and calcification -2,9% cases. Bicuspid aortic valve had been revealed at 61 (39,6%) patients. In 54 (35,1%) cases various calcification severity of aortic valve were observed. At all patients were performed the total aortic root replacement which known in literature as Ross procedure. In the issue of analysis had been defined some variables which are consolidate in 7 group of factors impacting on operation prognosis.
