This article examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the digital transformation of small businesses. It analyzes key areas of AI application, such as automation of operational processes, personalization of marketing strategies, and customer experience management. Practical examples of successful implementation of AI in small businesses are provided, and key challenges associated with a lack of financial resources, specialists and data are discussed. Practical attention is paid to the prospects for the development of AI technologies and their availability for small businesses. In conclusion, recommendations are offered for the effective integration of AI into the business processes of small businesses to ensure their competitiveness and sustainable growth in the digital economy.
