Gender policy and gender stereotypes in the system of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation

The article examines the influence of gender stereotypes on the professional activities of women in the prosecutor's office. Despite the significant presence of women in the bodies and institutions of the prosecutor's Office, their career opportunities are often limited by stereotypes associated with traditional ideas about gender roles. The study is based on an analysis of existing gender stereotypes and their impact on the professional characteristics and daily practices of female prosecutors. The authors discuss the advantages and disadvantages faced by women in this field, as well as ways to overcome bias and gender discrimination in the prosecution system.
